How can I book a tour?
Please request a quotation from our contact form first. We will send you a quotation within a few days. Please check the information and reply to us if you would like to reserve. We will confirm your reservation by sending you a confirmation email.
Can I schedule a tour at any time of the day?
We can schedule the tour any time of the day. However, depending on the departure time, some facilities may not be available due to business hours.
Can I arrange a tour course as I wish?
Yes, You can arrange your tour course freely. If you want to change or add anything to your itinerary for the day, please feel free to ask our driver directly.
Can I arrange a tour on the day?
Yes, you can. However, we may not be able to arrange a Jumbo taxi and a JPN taxi. We recommend that you make a reservation in advance in this case.
Can I extend my tour?
Yes, you can. Please ask our driver on the day. However, additional fees will be charged.
What if the tour requires an overnight stay?
In addition to the charter fee, there is an accommodation fee of 8,000 yen per night. Please feel free to ask us about long-distance tours.

Services and Inclusions

Can you pick me up at the airport or train station?
Our driver will pick you up at the arrival lobby or ticket gate and take you to the taxi waiting area.
What’s included in the tour price?
Charter fee, Tolls, Hand towels, Easy-guide by the driver, and Transportation for pick & drop to your location are included.
What’s NOT included in the tour price?
The cost of any food or drinks, Admissions, Sightseeing fees, Hotels, and Parking fees are not included.
Do I need a tip for a driver?
You don’t need to tip because Japan has no tipping culture. However, it could motivate our driver a lot.
Where am I supposed to have lunch?
Depending on your request and budget, we will take you to a recommended restaurant during your tour.
What am I supposed to do for the driver’s lunch?
Our drivers will have lunch on their own. If you would like to eat with our driver, please let them know.
I have a little child, can you provide a child seat?
Yes, we can provide it. Please let us know the age of your child and other requests when you make your reservation. We will prepare child seats for you on the day of the tour.
If the tour is more than two days, will the driver change?
No, the driver will not change. We have one driver who will take you from the first day to the last day.


How can I pay for the tour?
Please make your payment in advance by PayPal or pay on the day of the tour by cash or credit card.
Major credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, and Diners Club International are accepted.
If you want to pay in advance, we will send you a PayPal link after reservation confirmation.
Do I have to pay in Japanese Yen?
In the case of paying in cash, Please pay in Japanese Yen.
What if I want to transfer payment to your bank?
If paying by bank transfer, please make payment to the following account.

What if I am late for the tour?
If you are a little late for the tour due to traffic or delay, we will wait for you and continue the tour as planned. Should you be over an hour late, please let us know. If we can’t get hold of you, we may have to cancel the tour.
What if I want to cancel the tour?
In case of cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be incurred.
From 7 days to 20 days before the day of the reservation: 20%
From 2 days to 6 days before the day of the reservation: 50%
1 day before the day of the reservation: 100%
